We ask for payment at the time of each session of treatment.  Should you need to cancel an appointment please give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. If notice is not received you will be charged 50% for the cost of missed appointment, please note there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

Any appointment not paid for at the time it takes place will be surcharged by £15.00.

If authorisation is gained from an insurer / solicitor / case-manager we may be able to invoice them directly for your treatment.
